I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room we got was on the first floor when we requested a top floor, and unfortunately, there was no housekeeping that night. On the bright side, the room was large and spacious, offering a comfortable stay.

The service was top-notch. They were so friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to housekeeping and even Brian the maintenance man. They adjusted our check-in to make everything work perfectly and quickly moved us when needed, showing great hospitality.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Greenville SC was truly delightful. The hotel's location was a real plus, offering easy access to the downtown area, shopping, restaurants, and the park. The rooms, while showing some wear and tear, were still comfortable and clean. The service provided by the friendly staff, from front desk to housekeeping and breakfast team, was exceptional. However, the dining experience could use some improvement with regards to quality. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money with its convenient location and welcoming atmosphere.
